The concierge inside Lakehearth is a production tool-calling AI: GPT-4o reasoning over sixteen carefully-scoped tools, a real-time ElevenLabs voice bridge, retrieval over a property knowledge base, moderation on every generated word — deployed behind CI gates and watched by cost and usage dashboards. It has answered guests and operated a physical building since April 2026.
